NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE ?

Cancellation and rescheduling notices need to be made at a minimum of at least one week in order to avoid a fee of 50% off your total service cost. When failed to pay your dues, we reserve the right to require deposits beforehand or refuse future services. NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED FULL PRICE! DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. Plan your appointments accordingly to avoid extras charges

RUNNING LATE?

Five minutes will be the grace time given for appointments, any more time after the grace time will be charged $10 extra for each service you are receiving. Like we mentioned before we try our very best to stick to timelines well and if this affects being on time for other appointments we reserve the right to rebook you and charge a necessary fee.

-Children are NOT permitted 


No extra guests! Our space is reserved only for clients receiving a service. We want to keep a calm and tranquil environment, not only for the client we are treating, but to other clients receiving a service in the salon as well.


-You MAY NOT be accompanied during a permanent cosmetic procedure per the Arkansas Department of Health.
